用途及特点
GDY系列啤酒灌装机组适用于圆罐、异型罐灌装生鲜啤酒。机组由浸泡瓶机、外刷瓶机、内刷瓶机、冲洗瓶机、灌装封盖机、输送机组成。此灌装机特点：采用预抽真空充CO灌装，减少溶解氧的含量，按等压灌装原理设计的啤酒灌装阀，灌装稳定、不反沫、酒液损失小。瓶盖在送盖过程中二次杀菌减少菌群。灌装封盖二机合一，机器传动无极变速，灌装容量任意调整，传动平稳易维护。

The set is composed by dipped bottling machine, outside brushing bottling machine, inside bottling machine, flushing bottling machine, filling closing cover machine and transportation machine. The characteristic is to adopt pre-vacuumized CO filling, reduce dissolved oxygenic con****, the beer filling valve designed by equal pressure jar cultivated principle with filling stable, not turning over foams and drink liquid loss less. Bottle cover will go through second times sterilization, which could reduce the bacterium group during sending covers. Filling combines with closing cover, machine drive shift unlimited, filling capacity adjusting arbitrarily, driving stable and maintaining easier.
