1.打600g豆浆,滤出来的豆渣加入蛋黄4个。

2.锅内倒入油加热至微微气泡。关火。

3.加入面粉。

6.拌匀。

7.蛋白加入几滴白醋、白糖用打蛋器打出大泡。分多次加入糖。

8.打好的蛋白霜。

9.取1/3蛋白霜倒入面粉糊中。

10.拌匀。

14.十字花刀拌匀。

15.倒入模具。

16.震出气泡。

17.烤箱130度。烤45分钟。(如果模具厚度厚就加几分钟)
