1.鳕鱼解冻后洗干净后用厨房纸巾吸干水分

2.放点料酒、姜片,葱结腌制一会

3.先来制作照烧酱:准备好味淋、白酒、日本酱油、蜂蜜

4.取一小锅,加入酱油100ML,味淋加白酒共100ML,蜂蜜50克用小火熬制

5.熬到酱汁发稠大概是开始的一半的量,即可关火照烧酱完成

6.腌制过的鳕鱼挤干水份,拍上淀粉

7.平底锅量加少量橄榄油后放入鳕鱼

8.煎到两面金黄色

小窍门&温馨提示
鳕鱼煎煮的时候尽量少翻面,以免碎了,我家没有白酒就用了朗姆酒,其实最好是清酒!酱油我用了寿司酱油!
