1.准备材料

2.海蜇切成条

3.苦菊去根洗净,用手撕散不需要用刀切。

4.大蒜捣成泥,加适量醋、生抽、香油、少许糖,调成汁。

5.海蜇苦菊放在一起先加入少许盐拌匀放置五分钟,再加入大蒜汁拌匀,再加适量红油,即成。
