2.鸡蛋磕入打蛋盆,隔水加热一会(鸡蛋黄45摄氏度的时候最容易全蛋打发)

3.打发至划出的纹路能保持不会,不会马上消失

4.面粉过筛,分几次筛入打好的蛋糊中,切拌均匀

5.加入橄榄油和蔓越莓,拌匀

6.橙子切片,放入碗底

7.剩下的橙子,挤出汁,滴入蛋糊中,拌匀
