1.猪五花肉切片再切条

2.切条的肉(猪肉不用去皮,如果有做肉馅等踢出来的猪皮,也可一起切条放入)

3.炒锅加入少量植物油,油热后放入姜末,并放入猪肉条

4.加入少量酱油,稍炒一下,再加入适量清水,没过猪肉为宜

5.小火燣约半小时,加入适量盐,大火收汁
