2.蛋液刷好后,在撒上葱花香菜末,再次放入烤箱烤至5分钟即可

3.把酸奶、鸡蛋液、糖、盐放入面包桶

9.将发酵好的面团平均分成十分轻轻揉一会然后再用保鲜膜盖好醒制15分钟

10.将面团擀成椭圆形,把香肠从一边卷起来,两头包住香肠

11.用刀切成均匀的小段,但不要切断当中要连着面皮

12.切好后摆成花瓣形状

13.烤盘均匀的涂抹植物油,然后放入烤盘进行二次发酵,发至原来2倍大

14.发酵好均匀涂抹上蛋液,烤盘170度上下预热,烤盘送入烤箱,上下火180度底层烤20分钟

15.第一次烤好后取出烤盘再次刷上蛋液
