1.准备小黄鱼一条

2.去鳞和内脏

5.腌制好的鱼擦去过多水份,均匀拍上淀粉

6.起油锅,放鱼煎制两面金黄盛岀徒用

7.准备糖醋汁

8.另起油锅,放葱姜蒜煸香后依次加入番茄酱,白糖,醋,生抽,盐,再加小量水炒一分钟左右后勾芡
