1.准备一小把生花生米。

2.放到烤盘里用擀面杖碾碎。

3.萝卜缨洗净。

4.切碎。

5.放到大盘子里,倒上花生碎。

6.撒上油盐和适量面粉。面粉不用太多,但也不能太少,感觉到都沾上了就行。

7.锅中烧开水,水开后上锅蒸十分钟左右,不用太长时间,可以开盖尝一下。

8.熟了就出锅,不要闷,不然会发黄不好看。
