1.先将指天椒洗净和姜切片,待用;

2.准备一个砂锅,放入白糖和白米醋;

3.开火烧开,用勺子搅拌至糖完全融化,熄火;

4.熄火后,糖醋里不再冒泡,放入指天椒和姜片,放凉待用;(要完全放凉才可以使用)

5.准备好包菜和红萝卜;

6.将包菜一片一片的剥下来(尽量剥得完整些),浸泡洗净;

7.用一不锈钢锅烧开半锅水;

8.将浸泡洗净的包菜分次少量地放入开水里汆烫至半透明状,捞出浸入凉开水中冷却,沥干水分;

9.红萝卜洗净刨皮,切成丝;

10.取一片冷却了的包菜平铺在平盘上,上面放适量的红萝卜丝;

11.包卷起来(尽量包得结实些);

13.准备一个玻璃罐,用开水烫一下消毒;

14.将包卷好的包菜卷一层一层地放入玻璃罐中,每放好一层包菜卷,就倒入适量的糖醋液;

15.包菜卷全部放入玻璃罐后,倒满糖醋液;

16.盖上盖子,在常温阴凉的地方放置一天,再放入冰箱冷藏三天就可以了.
