1.黄鱼处理干净后剔除骨头

2.起油锅,爆香姜丝后放入黄鱼骨头煸炒片刻后加点料酒

小窍门&温馨提示
黄鱼头我怕有腥味没用,处理黄鱼时肚子内的黑膜一定要去除!否则有腥味!其实这个菜可以搭面条或者馄饨吃呢!
