1.绿豆馅的做法:1.绿豆仁泡一晚上

2.加水量刚好没过豆子,放入电饭煲,煮熟

3.豆子开花,水分吸干,就可以了(用了一个快煮程序15分钟)

4.加入适量白糖和一勺子炼奶,适量牛奶(白糖的量后面自己尝尝,加到自己喜欢为止,)牛奶一次不要加大多,太稠再添加一点这样……

5.用料理机打到糊状(我用手持的,所以没有倒出来。就是有些损伤锅内胆了)

6.放入不粘的炒锅内,炒干后盛出,备用

7.油酥:低粉60g +猪油30g,混合均匀

18.把其中一半擀成薄面片,在中间铺上绿豆馅
