1.扇贝清洗干净,去除内脏

2.蒜蓉压好

3.提前泡好粉色,围成窝状放在扇贝上

4.压好的蒜蓉,平底锅放油,爆香

5.炒好的蒜蓉放在扇贝上

6.依次倒上蒸鱼豉油

7.开水上锅蒸八分钟左右
