1.准备好食材

2.花菇和蚝豉分别提前泡发

3.鸡块洗净,加少量盐油拌一拌

4.泡好的花菇清洗干净,整只或切开都可以,蚝豉洗净

5.锅中加点油,将鸡肉煎至开始焦黄盛出
