1.备好食材:香肠,薄荷,紫甘蓝;

2.紫甘蓝去掉硬梗后撕碎,同薄荷叶一起洗净;再用淡盐水浸泡片刻;再将紫甘蓝,薄荷洗净后,用凉白开浸泡片刻;

3.紫甘蓝,薄荷沥干水分;调入适量盐,黑胡椒粉,橄榄油,白醋;

4.搅拌均匀,将紫甘蓝薄荷盛入盘子里;
