1.猪脆骨用热水冲洗干净。

2.切成块。

3.杏鲍菇切成厚片。

4.先将猪脆骨焯水,然后洗掉浮沫再次加适量清水煮半小时左右。

5.另取一炒锅烧热油,下杏鲍菇翻炒至软。

6.加老抽翻炒至上色。

7.倒入煮了半小时左右的猪脆骨,加生抽和老抽继续焖烧一刻钟左右。

8.调味,如果味道淡了就加少许食盐翻炒均匀。
