1.鸭子去杂质洗净,晾干。

2.用牙签在表面刺些小孔,撒些盐揉匀.

3.用料酒,糖,先抽,甜面酱,孜然粉,五香粉,姜,蒜,等调成腌汁,

4.把鸭子放入大盆,倒入腌汁,反复揉匀,使其入味.

5.把鸭子与腌汁一起放入保鲜袋,扎紧袋口,放入冰箱过24个钟头。

6.取出鸭子,放在烤网上,晾至表面无水分.

7.放入烤箱中层,上下火,170度,烤30分钟.

14.取出,再刷一层蜂蜜汁,在鸭脚与鸭翅膀处包上锡纸,

15.再烤15分钟,关火取出.

小窍门&温馨提示
1.如果是整只鸭子,时间要再多些.
2.烤网底下要放烤盘,可以托滴下的油汁.
