小窍门&温馨提示
1、宰杀黄鱔方法:先用普通面粉将黄鱔全身来回撸二遍,撸去其身上的黏液后再宰杀,这样即干净洗净又不滑手,而且在烧制时锅中也不会有多余黏液,影响菜品质量
2、亲若嫌费事,可在买鱼时请商贩代为宰杀
