盐适量六月鲜红烧酱油适量海天蒸鱼酱油适量香煎扒皮牛的做法步骤

1.去掉头部,彻底洗干净,晾干水??用姜丝,盐腌10分钟????

2.准备好蒜粒,姜丝,葱花????

3.热锅冷油(??先用姜片抹一下锅,避免粘锅底),油温上来,放鱼开煎。

4.待两面煎成金黄色,把蒜粒姜丝倒入??

5.用筷子把鱼翻起来盖上蒜粒姜丝,倒六月鲜酱油,再加几滴海天蒸鱼酱油,盖锅再煎5分钟。
