1.梭鱼洗净,放料酒、葱、姜、蚝油、盐、胡椒粉,拌匀腌制20分钟。

2.面粉里面加一个鸡蛋,放盐调一个稠一点的面糊。

3.面糊倒入梭鱼里面。

4.锅内放油烧热,放入鱼块中火慢慢炸,炸至定型反面。

5.两面炸至金黄捞出。
