1.材料准备好

2.将香米洗净用清水浸泡20分钟

3.接着放入沙煲,重新注入清水,煮开后转小火慢慢煲煮

4.煮粥的时候将姜切丝,葱切沫

5.将明虾切去头部,虾背剖开,挑出虾线

6.用少许料酒、胡椒粉、姜丝将虾腌制一会

7.粥煮的差不多的时候用勺子一边搅拌一般煮,直至米粒全部开花

8.将腌制好的虾倒入粥里

9.煮至明虾全部变红后关火,调入少许盐拌匀

沙煲中一次性要注入足量的水,如果中途水不够千万不要加冷水,要加热水
