1.五花肉切片,土豆去皮备用。

2.葱姜切片,土豆切成稍微厚点的片。

8.烤盘铺上锡纸,铺上土豆片。

9.肉片里去掉葱姜,均匀的铺在土豆片上。肉片摆放密一点也无妨,因为烤至过程中肉片会稍微回缩变小。

10.烤箱选择空气炸功能,烤盘放中层。

11.180度烤20分钟,10分钟后翻下面,撒上孜然粉和辣椒粉继续烘烤至时间结束即可。
