1.人青菜洗干净,用开水焯水。过凉水冲凉

2.人青菜控干,剁碎

3.放入盆中

4.锅中放入食用油,放入虾皮小火煸香

5.人青菜加入葱末,虾皮炒到微黄有香味了,放入人青菜中

6.加入生抽,盐,香油

8.玉米面,一半用开水烫

9.另一半用温水,(用温水的那一半加入泡打粉先搅拌均匀)然后2个合一起搅拌均匀

10.软硬度看图这样(别太硬,而是很软)

11.电饼铛提前预热好,用上图勺的一半那样放入电饼铛中,然后用手按压平,如图

12.看定型了,然后在每个上加入拌好的人青菜馅

13.全部放好后,放入食用油,看底部有些发黄了

14.洒点凉水(大约多半手勺水),趁热气盖上盖子焖熟

15.看水干了,最后在洒点食用油直至底部焦黄

16.熟了可以吃了,很香脆也真的很好吃

玉米面别太硬了,喜欢别的馅可以换成别的馅这个做法很好吃!
