1.准备好原材料;

小窍门&温馨提示
1. 放入块棒骨增加了营养, 还提升了咸味;棒骨大火煮开后要撇去浮沫; 2. 海带丝是提前泡发好的, 去除了盐味; 3. 海带要煮的时间长些, 豆腐待汤煲煮到八成熟时再放入, 最后煮好后加盐等调味即可。
