味极鲜适量腊肠蒸蛋的做法步骤

1.准备好材料,三个土鸡蛋,腊肠适量,我这个是滇味腊肠,麻辣味,蒸出来很香,不建议用广式腊肠;

2.腊肠切片,放在蒸蛋的容器中;

3.鸡蛋磕入碗中,加适量的盐和胡椒粉,搅拌均匀;

4.加入与鸡蛋等量的温水(40-50℃),搅拌均匀;

5.将蛋液过一下筛;

6.分装入容器中;

7.盖上保鲜膜,用牙签扎一些小孔;

8.蒸锅加水,烧开,蒸汽上来后将鸡蛋液放入蒸锅中蒸8-10分钟;

9.出锅后淋上适量的味极鲜,撒上点葱花装饰即可~
小窍门&温馨提示
1、腊肠建议用辣味或者咸味的腊肠,不建议用广式腊肠,味道不如麻辣味香肠好;
2、加入蛋液中的水不要太热也不能太冷,40-50℃最佳,水量最好为蛋液量的1-1.5倍,容器上加盖保鲜膜,保鲜膜上扎小孔,蒸出来的鸡蛋滑嫩无孔,好看又好吃哦~
