100g笋衣,100g黄金菇,
100g水发黑木耳,80g白菜,

1.先提前把黑木耳、干的黄金菇和干笋衣都泡发好备用

2.金蚝干洗净备用

3.带子用90度左右的水焯烫10秒钟捞出备用

4.杏鲍菇切片、淮山药切段

5.油豆腐一切两半以便入味和燕饺一起备用

6.砂锅中放少许油,放姜末和杏鲍菇片炒

7.炒至杏鲍菇的水分被逼出来并把水分煎干

8.把泡发好的黑木耳、黄金菇和笋衣倒入翻炒1分钟

9.放入白菜炒至菜变软

10.放入金蚝干和山药段

11.把泡黄金菇的水倒入

12.放入猪骨味浓汤宝,放两个浓汤宝,不用再加盐哦

13.加少许胡椒粉

14.大火煮开后转中小火,盖上盖子煲15分钟左右

15.加入油豆腐和燕饺继续煲5分钟

16.最后把带子放入煮半分钟即可关火,上桌时撒上香葱即可
小窍门&温馨提示
1.用了浓汤宝,基本不用调味了,盐也不用放,我因用了海鲜所以加了少量胡椒粉
2.出锅时还可以撒香菜碎,但这两天我们这里下雪,屋里没有就没放
