1.新鲜食材准备好

2.蛋清跟蛋黄分离,打蛋清的盆做到无水无油

3.蛋黄加入40克糖、油、牛奶搅拌好后分次筛入低筋粉跟玉米淀粉搅拌均匀

4.搅拌好的蛋黄糊放一旁待用

5.蛋白分次加入25克的白糖打发好

6.先取三分之一打发好的蛋白跟蛋黄糊搅拌均匀,划十字搅拌

7.将最后剩的三分之二蛋白倒入搅拌均匀,记得一定要划十字搅拌,还有不要长时间搅拌以免消泡影响烤制

8.将面糊倒入烤盘中放入烤箱上下火150度25分钟(每个烤箱温度情况不同,视情况而定),烤好的蛋糕取出后撕去油纸放凉

9.用圆形的饼干模切出形状待用
