1.带鱼去掉头尾,去掉肚腹,撕掉肚腹里的黑膜,洗净切段备用;再准备其他食材:姜片,葱段,蒜瓣,姜末,葱末,干辣椒,花椒,黄飞红麻辣花生;

2.带鱼两面分别轻轻划几刀,混合葱末,姜末,料酒,盐,胡椒粉,搅拌均匀后,腌制30分钟以上;

3.腌制后的带鱼轻轻拍上一层薄薄的干淀粉;

4.电饼铛接通电源,刷油后,开启“预热”程序;

小窍门&温馨提示
1、调料可根据自己的喜好调整;
2、如果特别嗜辣,可将干辣椒剪短,并且将小米辣碎放进锅里翻炒出辣味;
3、如果没有黄飞红花生,可不放,但是味道会稍差一点;
