1.除糖粉外,所有粉类混合入锅小火翻炒至微黄;

2.取出入容器中,加入糖粉,倒入油;

4.取150g热的紫苋菜汁倒入容器中,一边倒一边用筷子搅拌;

5.凉至不烫手时彻底揉均成面团;静置15分钟;

6.取板栗馅分成25g一个,把冰皮分成25g一个;

7.冰皮压扁放上馅;

8.如图包好即可放入月饼模子,收口向外;

9.然后把包好的饼胚放入模子中,压出;

10.做好的冰皮月饼,漂亮吧!放入冰箱冷藏6小时,松弛后味道才更好吃!

1、翻炒面粉时一定要注意火力,不能太大火,不然容易糊;
