1.猪蹄清理干净后,用清水浸泡,期间换几次水,洗净备用;

2.莲藕削皮,洗净,斩成滚刀块;

3.花生米提前剥出来,用清水洗净,再浸泡几分钟;

4.将猪蹄放进煮锅,放入拍散后的老姜、大料;

7.放入适量料酒,一次性放够足量的清水;

8.大火烧开,转中小火慢慢炖;大火烧开后,用勺子轻轻撇掉汤面上的浮沫;

9.猪蹄汤出锅的时候,再尝尝咸淡,若味道淡了,这个时候可再放入适量盐。
小窍门&温馨提示
1、炖之前放盐,猪蹄才有味道;如果是其他汤,可以在汤里食材快好的时候放盐;
2、可根据个人口味在起锅前调入鸡精;
