1.先做酵头、面粉中加入酵母粉

2.加入适量清水调成糊状、放置一晚上、发酵

3.发酵好的酵头慢慢加入面粉

4.揉成光滑面团、放置10分钟左右

5.油渣、葱花切细、备用(这个油渣加了盐的、如果您没加盐、此步就可以加盐了)

6.面团分成两部分
