1.取下鱼腹,约400克。

2.漂洗后,顺骨刺宰切均匀的长条;

3.加盐0.5茶匙、胡椒面0.5茶匙、玉米淀粉1茶匙、料酒2茶匙;

4.抓合均匀后,打入一个鸡蛋清抓匀。
