1.金针菇手撕成根。

2.水烧开后煮2分钟,关煤气后盖上盖子焖一会。

3.在焖上金针菇后,洗净泰椒。

15.热油倒入凉菜里。

16.抓拌均匀后放入白芝麻。
小窍门&温馨提示
金针菇最好用手撕成根根分明,喜欢吃辣椒的可以再放点辣椒粉进去。清淡口的可以不放油。
