1.白玉菇,香菇洗净,香菇切厚片备用。

2.排骨清洗干净,特别是残留的小碎骨。

3.起锅烧油,油不要多,排骨沥干水分,下锅小火慢煎,加入葱姜片,料酒去腥。

4.两面煎至微黄即可,下入足量的开水,漫过排骨为宜。

5.挑去葱姜片,滴两滴米醋,转小火煮30分钟。
