1.鸡翅洗净用菜刀在正反面各划两刀

2.加入三茶匙生抽,两茶匙料酒,姜片腌制半小时

3.准备一个小碗放入一茶匙辣椒粉,半茶匙孜然,熟白芝麻,少许盐拌匀备用

4.不粘锅刷上一层底油烧至五成热下鸡翅煎制,煎至金黄翻面继续煎制(全程中小火,要勤于翻动)

5.待鸡翅煎至两面金黄熟透捞出备用
