1.面粉300克、盐放入盆里,冲入沸水;

14.平底锅干锅烧至7成热,务必小火,放入擀好的饼;

15.看到底部微微气泡,快速翻面,薄饼非常好熟,两面均已变色,即可取出;

水的用来可调整,多一点、少一点均没有关系,面饼之间抹油,便于烙好后揭开。务必小火。
