1.蛋糕是提前一晚做好的

15.把余下的芝士材料倒在里面,抹平,放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上

16.镜面(牛奶 150克,鱼胶粉 12克,糖 35克)全放一小锅内,小火煮沸,关火,晾至常温

17.把牛奶液倒在蛋糕上,再置冰箱冰至凝固,形成镜面后取出,用电吹风沿蛋糕盘围稍吹一下
