1.白萝卜洗净不用去皮。

2.萝卜切竖一分为二,多后切4刀连片,第5刀切下来为一组。

12.加入生抽、老抽、香醋、1勺白糖,少许鸡精。

13.锅中烧热油,泼在上面拌匀腌制入味既可。

14.腌好的脆爽萝卜,整理装盘,脆脆爽爽、多重口味、非常好吃(2个小时就可以吃)。
