1.食材备用。

2.刚蒸熟的南瓜加适量的白糖压成泥。

3.加入糯米粉中和成软硬适中的团。

4.揪一小面剂,揉圆按扁,放在饼干上。

5.盖上另外一块饼干。

6.滚上白芝麻,饼胚就完成。

7.锅里倒入适量的油,四层油温放入饼胚小火慢炸。

8.一面炸得金黄换一面继续炸。

9.炸到两面金黄,饼胚浮在油面上捞出。
