11.取1/3的蛋白加入蛋黄糊汇总

19.倒扣晾凉后脱模

20.我不想做太多带奶油的,所以把蛋糕一分为四,取两份,横切成3片,分别在蛋糕片上涂抹山楂酱、打发的淡奶油,最上面挤上一个花型即可
