1.面粉和水放入面包桶里启动和面程序。

2.和成面团放入盆中备用。

3.起锅烧油,油可以多放点,下入鸡蛋液炒制凝固关火,用铲子捣碎备用。

4.茴香清洗干净切末和鸡蛋放在一起加盐,鸡精,食用油,香油搅拌均匀。

5.面团分成小剂子按扁。
