1.紫薯去皮切块蒸熟

2.猪油、玉米油与白糖混合,搅打均匀

3.加入蛋黄液,搅打至顺滑状态

4.紫薯过筛成泥状,与搅打好的混合物混合搅打均匀

5.筛入低筋面粉

6.和成面团

7.将面团擀成约0.3cm厚,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏30分钟左右

8.取出面团后,将边缘裁切整齐,切成均等大小的长条,中间横切一刀,但不要切断,用叉子均匀的叉上小孔

9.烤箱预热,温度175度,时间10分钟即可。
