1.将酵母粉溶于适量的温水中(30度的温水),如果没有温水可以用凉水,不能用热水开水.

2.在面粉中加入一大勺豆渣,正好早上打豆浆剩下的豆渣还在,就加了一些,不加也行的.

3.将酵母粉的溶液缓缓倒入面粉中,同时用筷子轻轻搅拌,使面粉呈絮状.

4.用手揉面,做成一个三光面团.

5.将面团盖上盖子放在温暖的地方发酵至体积两倍大.

小窍门&温馨提示
一定要进行二次发酵,将馒头生胚放在锅中,盖上盖子静置一二十分钟再开火.
关火后等两三分钟再开锅盖,不然馒头忽然遇冷会导致回缩.
