1.酵母兑适量温水搅拌好; 面粉加盐、白糖适量,倒入兑好酵母水用筷子搅成絮,加少许橄榄油;用手搓成光滑面团,盖上湿毛巾放温暖处发酵;

2.洋葱切丝; 青红椒切圈;牛肉切小片一些; 橄榄切圈;
