1.各种材料称重备用,把鸡蛋蛋清和蛋黄分离。

2.蛋黄和豆浆,玉米油拌匀,筛入低筋面粉拌匀成蛋黄糊。

3.蛋清加入白糖打发成干性发泡,提起打蛋器蛋白霜成直角即可。

4.把蛋白霜分三次加到蛋黄糊中,每一次都要翻拌均匀在放入下一次。

5.成细腻的蛋糕糊。

6.烤箱上下火175度20分钟即可拿出倒扣晾凉。

7.豆浆加鸡蛋和白糖拌匀,筛入面粉拌匀,过一下筛。

8.放炉子上,小火全程搅拌成糊状,再加入炼乳打匀即成豆乳霜。

9.奶油加白糖打发成能裱花的状态。

10.蛋糕分成4份,拿出一份挤上豆乳霜。

11.把豆子烤熟打成豆粉,筛到上面。

小窍门&温馨提示
1,烤箱以自家的烤箱温度为准可做适当调整。
2,豆乳霜也可以加奶酪,我家小妮爱吃炼乳,所以我放的是炼乳。
3,这个量做了两大盒,足够一家人吃了。
