1.娃娃菜洗净,竖着对半切开,再对半切开或者切成三半。

2.皮蛋、火腿肠、胡萝卜切丁。

3.锅中倒入食用油烧热,放入葱末、姜丝、蒜片炒香。

4.放入皮蛋丁、胡萝卜丁、火腿肠丁翻炒几下。
