1.鸭翅用盐水泡洗干净。

2.放入电煮锅中加料酒,姜片焯水。

4.老卤汁提前在冰箱取出,放了小汤锅煮开。

5.将鸭翅放入卤汁中。

6.盖上盖子中火煮。

7.顺便多卤几个鸡蛋(这步可忽略)。

8.煮开后转小火慢卤45分钟,卤好后最好先不要取出来,让鸭翅浸泡一两个小时后再品尝会更香更入味。
