1.红薯叶洗净,撕去梗上的老茎。蒜切末。

2.锅中倒油烧热,先放入蒜末爆香,开大火,把折成段的红薯梗倒入翻炒。

3.再倒入红薯叶,大火翻炒至软熟。

4.加入盐、料酒、鸡精调味即可出锅。
