小窍门&温馨提示
老卤卤过一次鸡爪和素菜,香料味道已经淡了,所以又加的香料。香料不用每次都加,我是加一次香料卤两次东西。但是每次卤菜都要在老卤的基础上加入适量的老抽生抽和盐
卤菜捞出后,卤汁晾凉倒入容器内,放入冰箱冷冻起来,下次卤菜的时候直接用就可以。
