1.李子洗干净后轻轻划一刀

2.把李子放进沸水中煮一分钟,取出泡进冷水中泡2分钟

3.等李子冷却后把皮剥下来

4.把白醋、砂糖、话梅和水放锅里,小火把糖煮至融化后,再煮一分钟,熄火后慢慢倒入已经干净的玻璃瓶

5.等梅水放凉后就可把已经剥了皮的李子放进去,放冰箱冷藏浸泡7天以上即可
